We understand that you might have some questions before deciding to begin therapy or an assessment. Our most commonly asked questions are below.
Where are you based?
The majority of our assessments and interventions are delivered online, however we have some capacity for face-to-face assessments in Cambridgeshire (St Neots) and Lancashire (Preston). If your preference is for a face-to-face assessment, then please get in touch and we will do our best to facilitate this.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we are registered with all major UK health insurance providers including BUPA and AXA. To discuss an assessment using funding from health insurance, please get in touch via email.
What are your fees?
For an ADHD assessment, we charge £1000. In most cases, we recommend an initial consultation first, which is charged at £200. This ensures that an ADHD assessment is right for your needs.
Therapy sessions are charged at £110 for individual sessions, and £130 for family sessions. Parent consultations are charged at £110 per session.
Expert witness work, medico-legal assessments, training, and business consultations are quoted on an individual basis. Please get in touch for a quote.
How is payment arranged?
We ask that therapy sessions are paid for on the day of your appointment. For initial consultations, we take payment ahead of the appointment in order to secure your slot. For assessment appointments, we send out two invoices, one at the start of the assessment, and the second before the report is shared. We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If cancellations are made within this timeframe, you will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.
Do you offer crisis support?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer crisis support. If you require support in a crisis, please attend your local A&E department and ask to see the mental health team, or contact 111 option 2. You can also contact the samaritans on 116 123. If you are at immediate risk of harm, please contact 999.
